The staff were so sweet and kind! The staff, the hotel and stunning view from the hotel made this stay unforgettable!
The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. I also missed having a mini fridge at the room. But these are very tiny things compared to the overall experience!

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The view was perfect!

The location is stunning. The sound of birdsong and horses neighing. The view. The swimming pool. These are all fabulous.
The room was fine and big. It was cleaned daily.
It was very peaceful.
We had been told at check-in that there was food available between 8am and 11 pm, apart from 30 minutes at 6 pm while they prepared for dinner service. So when I looked for food at 3.40 pm on Sunday afternoon and was told the kitchen was closed and there was nothing available (apart from drinks), I was pretty annoyed. Given that it is marketed as a 5 star hotel and its location is very remote, I would expect that there would be some sort of food (even nuts, chocolate etc.) available throughout the afternoon.
The breakfast was fine, but having to pay over 10eur extra for two coffees is ridiculous!
While some staff were very helpful and welcoming, we felt others may need more training in hospitality.
