Overall, we had a decent and comfortable stay for two nights. The location was very convenient, with Darling Harbour only around a 10–12 minute walk away. The room was clean and suitable for a short stay, and accessing our room using the door code was simple and convenient. The service was also great, and the staff were helpful whenever we needed assistance.
There were a few minor issues during our stay in Room 6. The pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable, and I eventually found it easier to sleep without one. The body wash bottle in the shower was also empty when we arrived, so we had to use the provided shampoo instead.
The main inconvenience was the entrance gate code, which didn't work for us. Each time we returned to the hotel, we had to ring the bell and speak with someone to have the gate opened. The staff were always helpful, and I understand the entrance system may be there for security reasons, but it did make us feel a little restricted when coming and going. Fortunately, we had no issues with the room's code access.

It was cheap, basic and clean. I was happy with it. If you're travelling as a couple or intend on spending a lot of time in the room, it's a bit basic, but it was just somewhere for me to sleep, so I was happy.
The booking in process was a bit painful, particularly late at night

There was no table or chair in the room. I had to eat my meal sitting on the bed.
