The host Isabella was extremely kind and helpful. Her attention to detail with breakfast was a joy to watch. She made a fresh breakfast cake daily and had an assortment of meats, cheeses, fruit, jams and yogurt available. The dining tables were beautifully set each morning. She also helped me organise a hair dresser to come to my room to do my hair before we went to a wedding. The rooms were historic and home like. Cleaning and fresh water was provided daily. The location was in the most beautiful part of the city.
Finding the actual entrance can be confusing. Also, because of the historical nature of the building, you need to ensure you have your own charging ports that can plug into a wall power point. These were only minor issues overall.

This is a beautiful place to stay in the heart of the old town. Location is perfect for exploring. The palazzo is so interesting with stunning decor, furniture and an amazing mosaic floor in our bedroom. Our host was such a lovely lady who was very accommodating and helpful, she was happy to advise and spend time chatting.
Driving through narrow streets of old town to get to the palazzo was a bit hairy at times but easy enough. We didn’t use the car while staying; if I was planning on using it I would probably have parked outside the old town.

Wonderful place, very comfortable and cozy room. The terrace is beautiful. The breakfasts were fabulously good. We stayed for 6 days and that was an amazing experience. The location is close to the center of Lecce, with many excellent restaurants around.

The location is incredible. Right in the centre of Lecce and lots of restaurants nearby. The property is originally from 1400, then restructured in 1800. It is beautiful and very Italian (I am Italian myself).
Despite the owner being an incredibly lovely lady, she needs help organising all guests and being up to speed. Communication is quite hard as I presume she has hearing issues. There is a man helping with cleaning but the property would benefit from some love. Bathrooms were not clean, we thought we had a private terrace but it wasnt private (shared with other guests) and full of dust. Definitely NOT like the pictures. This is a beautiful house full of wonderful memorabilia from their family, however if you expect something more "hotel" vibes I would go somewhere else. The price for a night doesnt not match what you receive. From the facilities to the customer service. Again, everyone super lovely but it is not what is advertised.
