The location to Brighton Center, the quietness and the "No disturb sign" which work very well.
Maybe the refrigerator a little bit bigger and a microwave to warm our food

Upgraded to a room with a sea view at the Regency Hotel. Practical and functional, nothing grand but perfect as a base. Lovely helpful staff!
There are a lot of stairs so maybe not practical for everyone

Overall this property was very good. It was clean, and had everything we needed. The owner was friendly and we were very thankful as we booked last minute after being scammed elsewhere. Location was brilliant within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go
It was a little outdated and small but wouldn’t put us off staying here again.

Good service. Quiet location, mostly. Perhaps more noise outside at weekend, or dependent on other guests.
Slight lack of attention to cleaning: sweeping, mopping, wiping, perhaps in this room.
