The staff were nice and hotels location was amazing
So when we arrived I was told the dinner option I added for ÂŁ75 after looking online to see the menu that our dinner was not going to be at the hotel it would be at a Mediterranean restaurant round the corner called pinello ....myself I'm allergic to fish and my partner is 7 and half months pregnant so neither of us could eat there after a long time was told By rreception manager that he had authorised my refund and took back the meal vouchers ...still have no confirmation that this was done...then we get told we have to hand the key to the room back everything we leave hotel or get charged 160 then on the sat we came back to our room to find out one of staff members have entered our room. we are not happy bout this on the advertisement for the room it was supposed to have a bath it didn't had a shower also room was supposed to have air con only had a desk fan

"Location was perfect, lovely friendly staff, very clean and beds were comfy.
Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from, we shall be back next year.
