Spacious apartment in the heart of Graz

Very spacious, perfect for a small familiy and a bigger group, the location is in the heart of Graz. Which makes travel by public transport easy.

Jakominiplatz is pretty noisy. I still would stay there because the pros outweigh the cons.

They were not reliable.

They were not reliable. I booked months in advance. We paid and the day before they informed us that they could no longer accommodate us. In a busy week with important events. It was very difficult to find alternatives. I do not recommend them.

Lilians Appartement review impossible

Our group of 6 people (3 couples, requested three separate rooms) were happy that we could stay somewhere in Graz. The alternative accommodation was quite new, clean, for the same price as the originally booked accommodation.

We were informed a day before arrival to Graz, that there is an issue with water in Lilians appartment. We got two options - either cancel the accommodation or the owner to find some alternative one. We have chosen the alternative one, which was clean, modern, however it had a shared room for 6 people!, it was not a walking distance from the city center, so we needed to use the public transport.

Very good

Great location to discover the city. Great price.

It definitely needs completely a deeply cleaning.

Appartamento molto spazioso e a pochi passi dal centro.

6 / 10Average·Aug 2025

Lokalizacja, blisko do starówki, przestronne mieszkanie.
