Enjoy fun filled nights in the second level game room with pool table and TV/DVD, then get a good night's rest in one of three queen bedrooms that access another full bath. The king master bedroom can be found on the third level featuring Jacuzzi and beautiful sound views. There is another master bedroom up a flight of steps with king bed and private bath. The great room is the perfect place to unwind with 42" flat screen TV/DVD/stereo, dining area with picturesque sound views, ample kitchen space, and bright, cheerful decor and furnishings. Enjoy an evening sunset on the deck, and you'll be happy you turned this WINDSURFER'S DREAM into reality. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized. This property is managed by Surf or Sound Realty. More payment options available after booking. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void.
