Por ubicación excelente

Lo mejor del hotel es la locación ya que esta a unos pasos del centro. La playa es muy bonita y el restaurante es muy bueno, buen nivel gastronómico.

Las habitaciones lucen viejas y las camas muy duras para mi gusto. le faltan camastros y sombrillas al área de alberca. ademas seria bueno el dar servicio en toda su área de playa

Muy buena ubicación

Alberca muy sucia y ocupada por gente aprendiendo a bucear, por lo que no pudimos utilizarla, pasillos sucios en la noche, por que no cuentan con personal de limpieza más que en la mañana

Quite good, Could be very good with a little extra thought going into the rooms.

Good location, nice reception area, nice beach front, lovely sea view, pool was good, staff were friendly, nice size bedrooms.

This hotel could be a lot better with just a little extra investment, care and attention to detail. The rooms are a little dated, need new curtains. Beds and pillows need to be a lot more comfortable. Within the hotel there is a nicely decorated restaurant, unfortunately the restaurant appears to be a separate business from the hotel. You have to go through the restaurant to obtain access to the beach and pool which as we found out can irritate the staff working in the restaurant.

Prima verblijf

Het hotel ligt aan de zee en in het centrum. Eén goede uitvalsbasis voor je laatste nacht voor je terug gaat naar huis.

Ik vond het prijs-kwaliteitverhouding echt veel te duur. De kamers zijn prima maar in oude staat en heeft verder geen luxe.

Hoping to return next year!!!

We are scuba divers and their is an excellent dive ship attached to the hotel, "OM Delfin". The guest rooms are large, two double beds, and cleaned daily. There is was a safe. Air Conditioning worked well. Nice large shower. The pool and beach areas are great! There are lounge chairs available at both pool and beach areas. Beach towels are provided for the week (but must leave a deposit, the deposit is refunded when you return the towels). Staff superb! There is a restaurant beside the hotel, Muelle Once, Outstanding food! In short walking distance to a large grocery store, pharmacy, little souvenir shops, money exchange, the town square, many small restaurants in the area. Everything is here!

The TV's are on the smaller side so from the bed is bit hard to see well. There is also a dance place (or bar) across the street and that can get noisy late at night (so take ear plugs if this would bother you). I was usually so tired at night I'd doze off anyhow so it does not deter my feelings about this property. No refrigerator in the room.

Relaxing and great location.

The location is excellent - close to lots of restaurants, shops, and across the street from a grocery. The pool is lovely and the hotel is beachfront. There is A/C in the room and a watercooler to refill waterbottles in the lobby.

The beds were not the most comfortable. We had 2 full beds in our room. One was very very firm. the other was a better, so we slept there. Everything else about the stay was great.

Great location across from shops and located right on the beach. Clean. I had a room with a private deck and loved it. front desk staff were wonderful!

OK, would stay again... with better ear plugs and white noise playing on my tablet

Close to the beach, Close to town. Beds were comfortable. Pool looked clean.

Very poorly insulated which is important when the bar across the street is blasting music until 2 am. The restaurant is in the middle of the hotel so you will hear loud noise until about 11 pm from this as well

Because is another administration separated from this hotel. The restaurant muelle once was super good and the food amazing

My family and I, unfortunately, chose this hotel to stay 8 nights in 3 different rooms (bytheway, they also have an awful review to tell) We couldn't sleep during all my stay in this hotel because the karaoke just crossed the street was so loud from 3h00 pm until 3h00 am (everyday) The administration was very rude and gave you no options. The guy front desk (Mauricio) told us that it wasn't their problem. Day one: they couldn't open the door of our room, so they gave us another one that wasn't ready. No clean, no towels. Litle bugs everywhere in the closets and on my clothes. Beds and pillows are not comfortable They have parking, but there are always different trucks blocking your car, so we couldn't get out in several ocation One day, we haven't water on the toilets and showers Another day, somebody broke into the room next to us and stole them This was very uncomfortable. Hotel. Puerto Morelos is amazing, but choose another hotel if you visit this Puerto.

Can't wait to go back. In fact, I changed my plans to come back to the hotel at the end of my trip

I loved it. Great location, lovely and helpful staff, pool exceptionally clean. The restaurant within the hotel is fantastic. The massage therapist in the hotel was also great.

The bedding and pillows could be a bit better. Perhaps a duvet with an insert and some better pillows.

We are a family of 4 and had a great night at Hacianda Morelos. You can’t beat waking up to a sunrise over the sea from

we loved the beachfront balcony / lovely swimming pool / beautiful beach just in front.

unfortunately the shower wasn’t great and leaked a bit.

loved it. we’ll be back

awesome location, great private beach at the end of the strip. no other hotels in the area. the beach is yours. lots of loungers on the beach. pool was great not crowded. all rooms have either a view, a balcony, or poolside. rooms were simple but clean. make sure you get a fridge. the big supermarket is right across the road which has everything and good prices.

it was pretty good. coffee in the lobby was a bit sporadic. not about the hotel, but we were surprised with the prices of food in the “portside” of puerto. most entrees are $200+. not the end of the world but there aren’t many cheap options. great hotel we will be back

the location was great. this is a fairly inexpensive hotel so I wouldn’t expect a 5 star resort but for the cost it was a amazing deal. the staff was amazing, the rooms were comfortable, the restaurant was also amazing!

find another place to stay in Puerto Morelos

the location and the restaurant.

we had paid for a premium room. when we checked in we were taken to the last room on the first floor that backed on to the hotels diving facility, with people coming and going. the room faced the beach as reserved, but also was at the end of the pool where anyone could look into our room from the pool or lounger chairs and the people using the dive area. I went to request another room and found we were given a standard room, the hotels lowest room level, not a premium room. after some discussion we were moved to a room just above our original room on the 2nd floor. while the room was identical to our first room, it was much improved as we still had the beach view, but we had a private balcony, not the public space under our window by the pool. Several light bulbs in our room needed replacing, the shower leaked water that ran from the bathroom floor into the room itself. the permanent glass door didn’t keep the water in the shower stall. there was no soap, shampoo,etc. Only 2 bath towels, one hand towel and a shower mat. there were 2 of us in the room. Staff seemed totally disinterested.

Pleasant

location- we had a gorgeous sea view from first floor- it is not just literally but actually a stones throw to the beach. direct access to the beach from the pool and pool area was clean . you get 10 % discount with omdelfin diving shop who are stationed next to the pool , if you are a hotel resident so great for getting diving lessons in the pool.

room is a bit dated for the price - you pay for location complimentary coffee in reception was always run out when I went for some

So much potential

Location. The neighbouring restaurant is great for breakfast and the local market is directly across the street. You're a few steps from everything

Thankfully I was there for business and it was a short stay. Cleanliness was lacking, however, they were renovating. Should they be improving their suites it would definitely be worth considering.

Best Location and views! Very Inexpensive and no frills.

Location is exceptional! Large deck with amazing views . 2nd floor has the best decks.

No fridge , pillows and bed are very firm .

would love to visit the area but would not recommend this hotel and will NOT stay here again.

the view and location was great

no mini fridge, coffee out in the main lobby wasn’t always out and when it was lacked sugar most days. had to constantly ask for hand towels. One day one of the workers had an attitude as to why we needed hand towels and that we just just use our hands to clean ourselves. there is no comforter, just a crap blanket that doesn’t even fit the bed. scuba training happens inside the tiny pool and the pool was never cleaned the whole time we were there.

Noisy, noisy, noisy

On a nice part of the beach. staff did a good job cleaning it from sargasso. Close to everything. Fridge in the room and great view of the ocean.

-Old and pretty ugly rooms (not dirty though) -Minimum service from staff -Doors were really weak with cracks in them. -No breakfast included -They were often short of beach towels -Above all: no sleep at all before 2 a.m in the hard beds due to extremely noisy bar next door. Apparently the whole neighbourhood experience problems with this according to staff, but there should definitely be more done to sound proof the rooms! Too bad since Puerto Morelos is a really cool, beautiful and low-key town.
