Over all for the price the hotel was fine. There could be some simple improvements made. Don’t count on the fridges. We rented several rooms and none of them were very cold. One room has a clogged shower and the water didn’t drain. They gave us a new room. Also in the bathroom I could see what looked like black mold.
Beds were clean and comfy and the pool was nice. Great staff. Nice location.

The hotel was fantastic. Very clean entrance way and amazing air conditioning as soon as you walked in. The rooms were clean, modern, air conditioned and we had a small balcony with sea view. The rooftop pool and bar were great and we had a fabulous meal on our last night there. Only issue entering the hotel is there is no ramp for wheelchairs which made it difficult as my daughter had to lift the wheelchair up quite a large step so we could enter the hotel. Puerto Morelos overall is not the best wheelchair friendly place, but the people there make up for it and help out where they can 😀

The staff were amazing and helpful. The property is kept very clean. The room was hot during the night. Besides that, the staff was amazing.
