Loved the location. Lots of restaurants close by. Free parking. The breakfast was included. Having a fridge was great.
The room, bed and pillows were comfortable. There were outlets beside the bed for the CPAP machines. Drinking water was supplied..
The shower stall could use a major cleaning. The sliding door was difficult to open and close. There was mould in the track. If a hair dryer is important bring your own. They may have one to borrow but good luck. It was never available.

We liked staying in Puerto Moreles. The location of Casa el Moro was great. Very near the beach and restaurants. We liked that they had parking also. We were able to book a snorkel tour out by the reef.
There was nothing that I didn't like.

The grounds and decor were nice. The room was okay but the bed was small. The locks on the doors do not feel secure.
The website said breakfast was included but no breakfast was offered. The staff said “we no longer serve breakfast”. The 6 inch black centipede in the bathroom was very disconcerting.
