Fragata Departamentos

The apartment was a nice size with a good floor plan. We felt safe there. It was a short walk to the beach. Walking distance (10-20 minutes) to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Since we were staying for two weeks,we were pleased to have a nice sized refrigerator, a stove to cook on, a microwave and a coffee maker (with no filters), although it would have been nice to have a toaster. A minimum of cooking utensils and pots and pans were provided but adequate. There are no food items provided so you start from scratch with coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil etc. You may want to bring small food bags (available on Amazon) with spices so you don’t have to buy a bottle for one tablespoon of oregano. I have a favorite paella dish so I put all the spices for one recipe in a bag, label it and am good to go when cooking. We did not have any problems with customs. They provide the first large bottle of water and after that you can purchase more for 40 pesos and the help will bring and install it.

There isn’t a patio space where one can go and sit in the sun and lounge around if you don’t want to go to the beach. However you can sit in front of your apartment.

Me gusto las instalaciones, el lugar limpio. El refrigerador, estufa, horno de microondas, licuadora me sirvió a la perfección me dieron cerrillos, agua purificada, cuchillos, platos, vasos, sartenes y todo lo que deseaba para cocinar lo tenía el departamento, en lo personal todo estuvo excelente y se los recomiendo.
