A beautifully decorated room that matches the character of the magical place. The service is always excellent with a smile. The breakfast is rich in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended.

Living in a fairy tale location, and experiencing life as it was in bygone days.
A bit crowded at times but to be expected due to the location and uniqueness of the fortified village.

There are 3 different buildings belonging to the same hotel. This one (Stellaki building) is close to the entrance of the village although difficult for people with mobility problems. The village is amazing. The most recent building of the hotel (at the very end of the village – Malvasia building) is used for the breakfast which was very good, with a nice atmosphere.
The room were we stayed was rather dark and not really comfortable for a stay in the winter. Maybe in the summer, when it is really hot, it may be comfortable but definitely not in the cold months. Reasonable comfort but nothing really cosy. Complicated distribution of room, living room and bathroom (this one with some steps down and very low door). If we knew it was so dark we would have paid a bit more and stayed in the most recent Malvasia building at the end of the village. The second night we had toilet flush noises the whole night from the room above which didn’t let us sleep.
