Locatio, location, location. Parking right outside your room, which was large and bright.
Cleanliness. Requested stained pillows to be changed, mattress without a protector and also stained, tho not as bad as the pillows. Little finishing touches in the room let it down, ie wash basin not fixed down, shower took an age to heat up, drain blocked, no tv. Breakfast ok only

Very central and prime location, good space for parking. Staff were very helpful and friendly and tried their best for a good service.
Wifi did not work and whatsapp help number was never answered. Unpleasant smell from bathroom. Stains on bedsheets. Vegan breakfast was very limited.

Perfect location in Ella town, staff welcomed us and we got an upgrade to our room. The room was spacious and looked lovely!
Unfortunately we didn’t have any warm or hot water during our stay in the sink and shower. It was fixed on our second morning in Ella but when we wanted to shower later that day, we still didn’t have any warm or hot water. The managers were informed and tried to find a solution.
