Nice place in town with a good view if you get a nice room on the higher floors.
It’s a very steep climb, but most properties around are the same. My room faced a mobile tower and didn’t have a good view

Very charming hotel with an amazing view of the mountains. The staff were nice and helpful and the whole place had a warm family atmosphere. They served a nice breakfast and did our laundry on the same day.
Although we liked the fact that the hotel was much higher than the street you should take into consideration that the walk up is very steep. They did offer a tuk tuk service up for our luggage.

The view was great
You really need to walk uphill (like 30 degrees) and we hadn’t an AC in our room.

Good location, up a steep hill but in the centre of Ella. Lovely view from the balcony
The cleanliness was questionable and minimal hot water
