This place was like heaven on earth. Peaceful, quite, seems like hardly any other residents around apart from at breakfast. Staff were so nice.
Cash deposit, which is a bit nuts, now I had to spend 500 ringets in cash on my last day or convert it again. They just don’t make toblerlone that big at the airport.

The lakeside views were excellent and the pool was also excellent. We enjoyed the walk around the lake. It's a very good base to explore the nearby cave temples and attractions. Special mention to Tanvir from the hotel restaurant whose service levels were exceptional. Lily at the front desk was also very helpful.
It's not the hotel's fault but alcoholic drinks are served in mugs rather than glasses. This is a change from when their last and perhaps reflects new policies from the state government.

An exceptional location with lovely gardens, limestone mountains & an amazing swimming pool. Restaurant staff were could not have been more helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at TUI BLUE The Haven Ipoh. 🌿❤️
What impressed us the most was the extraordinary service from the staff. Everyone was so helpful, attentive and always ready to assist us with anything, at any time. Their warm hospitality really made our stay more comfortable and memorable.
The swimming pool was definitely the highlight of the property! 😍 Surrounded by beautiful greenery and stunning natural views, it was such a peaceful and relaxing experience.
If you’re a nature lover looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, this is definitely a beautiful place to stay in Ipoh. 🌿⛰️✨
The only major disappointment was the night view. As a returning guest, I always loved the lake-view unit because the illuminated caves and lake looked spectacular at night. Unfortunately, this time, everything was pitch black after 7pm due to a new lighting policy. It really took away one of the most beautiful and memorable parts of staying at The Haven. I truly hope management will reconsider this policy.
