The breakfast were find and good since they has given us an ala-cart menu to place order on what we prefer. The buffet was as usual.
The hotsprings were fantastic.
The room is the best part we loved the most with hotspings tub and the swimming pool.
Nothing to comment here. All were too good.

It was to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary. They offered the complimentary room decoration upon the booking made. Staff responded to my chats really efficiently. Impressive first impression.
All staff were so lovely, friendly, attentive and helpful. My parents absolutely pleased with the hospitality throughout the stay from check-in to check-out. Flawless service provided to us as guests. It'll be too long to write every single thing. In short, they are all wonderful and don't mind of the price.
I chose this place because of the private hotspring pool in the villa. My parents and I thoroughly enjoyed this because as Muslim, it's more comfortable and honorable bathing in a private space. The entire villa is also really nice.
We were welcomed with ice-cream, cold towel, and cold herbal drink upon check-in and given souvenir gift upon check-out. This exceeded my best experience I had at another 5* hotel.
Foods taste were not really up to our liking. Thus, I felt it was a right decision not to dine at Jeff Cellar.

Everything! The hospitality is top notch - they made our stay extra special with a gorgeous room, spa, dinner! Their attention to detail is exceptional. A special shout out to Raymond! They went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable & memorable.

Dinner at the spa was amazing. Also very happy with the ala carte buffet for breakfast. Portions were made small so we were able to try more dishes on the menu. Service staff were amazing as well. Liked the strategically placed giant fans which were made to look like a giant palm tree provided a much needed refreshing breeze on a hot and humid day.
Room facilities feel a tad in need of a refresh. Need to specially mention that the toilet could not flush well. That really need to be replaced.
