Very nice and friendly staff. Good location, close to everything. Even though there’s a crowded beach bar next door, the soundproofing was great and we didn’t hear anything. There’s also a bar right in the pool - the drinks are reasonably priced, and the bartender is a great guy!
Overall, it’s a good place to stay, but don’t expect anything extraordinary.
It definitely was a great spot in its early days. Now, however, it’s in need of some maintenance and more love. We stayed in the bungalow next to the pool, and it definitely needs a deep clean.
It’s a big place which looks nice, but there was dust in the corners, the door lock was moldy, and the blinds were kind of broken. The showerhead is only one big tropical shower, without a handheld option, so you have to be flexible if you don’t want to wash your hair 😂.
As some comments mentioned, the toilet was also slightly leaky. Also, even though the hotel is at the Long Beach which is a public place - someone could’ve pick up some trash around the hotel area.

No hot water for showers two nights in a row, frogs croaking loudly outside the room all night, no curtains/blinds on some windows
