Nice room, nice pool, nice restaurant, the staff was amazing with us and our little 1 year old baby, they were so caring and friendly. We got to feed the fishes every morning, our kid loved it.
If you don't like overflowing water, talk to the architect of the showers

The yoga teacher was nice and a fairly comfortable bed.
The pictures are misleading. This is an old (11years) hotel. Lobby is sad. Afternoon tea is a selection of filtered coffee, long life milk and a few sad looking pastries. The room is dated and small. Towels look grey and washed out. The greenery around needs some attention. The kids club is a shoe box with hardly anything inside. Breakfast is mostly catered for Indian guests with limited options and not tasty at all. I mean this cannot be a 5 star hotel. It was disappointing as we came from another 5 star hotel and every part of it just couldn't be compared. Staff are pleasant, but that's all. We wouldn't recommend this for families nor couples. I cannot understand any positive reviews. It's a 3 star max hotel, but definitely not 5.
