Amazing check in experience, nice beds and nice bathroom designs, hotel makes you feel you are a part of nature, exceptional service and very warm and welcoming staff Rika, Jaya and gede very friendly and amazing staff we’re gonna miss you, they made our stay better and easier.
Pools could be cleaner and with less chlorine
Also I expected better furniture and facility according to booking score, a little overrated.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and tranquil. The rooms are spacious, the pool area is stunning, and the restaurant serves delicious food every day. What sets this place apart, however, is the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the staff, they truly make you feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting.

Very clean, loved the fact that it gave jungle vibes but was also really modern and sophisticated
