For sure the best hotel we stayed at during our Indonesian trip. The facilities were great, very friendly staff. Took a Balinese massage at the hotel itself, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Very nice breakfast, with something for everyone. We got upgraded to the suite which was amazing. Large room with cozy atmosphere.

Great overall experience. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the restaurant was excellent. The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing.
The first room had a noticeable mold smell. The team changed my room after I reported it, which I appreciated, but ideally this room shouldn’t have been assigned in the first place when better rooms were available.
