Great location, easy walking to the old town, easy parking on the street. The room was spacious with high ceiling and a shared balcony with a view. Many choices for breakfast including fruit, yogourt, cheese, croissants…

Large room and comfortable bed. Balcony overlooking a green space. Quiet building. Walking distance to historic center. Pizzeria La Malafemmena on Via Otranto was great.
The city changed parking zones the day we arrived and we had to park about 1/4 mile away (400 m). The owner helped us find a spot but there were few options nearby. I would not recommend the place if you have a car.
Bath gel and shampoo in tiny plastic pouches. A waste of plastic and not good quality or the amount of shampoo needed for a normal wash.
Breakfast is extremely basic and cold cuts/cheese are placed in a plastic container in the fridge instead of shown on a tray or similar. Old coffee maker makes the process very slow.

Location handy for station and old quarter. Excellent aircon.
Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Review oversold the balcony which was shared and tea and coffee was located in shared kitchen, not in room as advertised and not available apart from breakfast time.
