Our stay with Noah's Forest was exceptional! We arrived from Liberia in the evening in the dark so when I went out the first morning the extraordinary beauty took my breath away! The grounds are incredible and lovingly cared for by Modesto, the gardener. Modesto is very warm and friendly and clearly loves his work. He delights in showing guests the sloths and other wildlife residing on the property. In our case he brought 2 rare and colourful frogs to show us - a real highlight. The staff, Allan, Camila and Anna went above and beyond the entire time we were visiting to make sure we were happy with everything. They were warm, helpful and genuine in all of our interactions.
The tour of the property with Camila was lovely - she was knowledgeable and generous with information about not only the flora and fauna but also the history and the culture. We also attended a night tour at Noah's sister property owned by Tifakara and it was a real highlight. We saw awesome frogs and other creatures. I was so good that if we had more time we would have definitely have gone again, ( Both tours are complimentary for hotel guests)
The restaurant at the resort is also excellent . Breakfast is included and offers many delicious choices. The servers were warm and attentive ( thank you Jay!) Dinner was excellent and there was high quality live entertainment. to make it even more pleasant. Overall our stay with Noah's exceeded our expectations. We were sad to leave and say goodby to the lovely staff. I hope we'll return one dayl
Our only complaint is that Noah's makes other places pale in comparison.

We had a wonderful stay at Noah’s Forest which was perfect from start to finish. It’s a truly magical setting with wildlife (inc Sloths!) and stunning plants and flowers all around. We spent peaceful time in the sun at the pool in between trips out and enjoyed resting in our bungalow and hot tub! Special mention to Charlie in the restaurant who was a true professional, and a brilliant cocktail maker. And to Fernanda who gave us a warm welcome and did so much to make our trip really special. Our favourite stop in Costa Rica and would love to come again!

The property is so beautiful, the staff take so much care for the plants and wildlife. Every day we spotted sloths, iguanas, hummingbirds and toucans thanks to the staff helping to point them out to us. Highly recommend doing the free tours the hotel offers - Josue our guide was fantastic and had so much knowledge. Everything was so clean, modern and we didn’t want to leave!
The only negative is that we found the restaurant quite expensive for the quality of food. Breakfast was excellent but our dinner there wasn’t the best. However it’s a short drive into town where there are lots of places to eat.

I only stayed one night but found it just far enough away from centre to leave the more touristy and noisy part of town behind - still need car or taxi to get into town. Lovely property with lots of greenery. While moving my suitcase to bungalow staff pointed out the first sloth I have seen! Nice spacious restaurant and pool area. Super friendly staff that communicate via WhatsApp - so very easy to get help or questions answered.
Much more modern than older sister hotel by waterfalls - but a bit less atmospheric. Also if you want to see out of your room - lots of floor to ceiling glass - anyone walking past can look in - although that would only be people going to their nearby bungalows or staff.

This is a wonderful hotel. The location is beautiful and really close to everything in La Fortuna. Each room is hidden in beautiful tropical greenery, and really comfortable. The breakfast is delicious with many options and the staff are all extremely kind and helpful, with great attention to detail. The pool is also lovely. We absolutely loved our stay here - Thank you Noah's Forest!

Fantastische Unterkunft mit tollen modernen Zimmern, schöner Anlage in der man sich gerne aufhält. Eigenen Whirlpool im Zimmer auf jeden Fall dazu buchen, lohnt sich!!!
Top Restaurant, wir haben dort jeden Abend gegessen mit gutem Frühstück und sehr zuvorkommenden Personal, das in einem 5* Resort nicht besser sein könnte! Gratis wasser und Kaffee jederzeit an der Rezeption - Hotel werde ich jederzeit weiter empfehlen!
Zimmer Ausstattung könnte noch optimiert werden mit Kleiderhaken und Handtuchtrockner. Aber insgesamt wirklich top!

De hele plek is in een woord: prachtig! Het is een hele mooie en rustige locatie. De kamer is heerlijk ruim en mooi opgezet, met een jacuzzi waar je na een actieve dag lekker in kan bijkomen (moet wel bij de reservering voor gekozen worden). Je bent omgeven door prachtige bloemen, planten en dieren. De luiaards, leguanen en verschillende soorten vogels zijn oa in de bomen te vinden. Soms lastig te vinden, maar het personeel helpt je met alle enthousiasme om de dieren te vinden. Je merkt dat ze hier ook van genieten.
Het personeel is waar je ook komt super vriendelijk en het eten, zowel ontbijt als diner, waren heerlijk en van onwijs goede kwaliteit. Iedereen is onwijs attent en probeert je op allerlei manieren te helpen en te verrassen. Zo was mijn vriend op de dag van aankomst jarig en dit hadden zij onthouden. Bij het ontbijt werd er een verjaardagslied opgezet, waarbij het personeel mee zong en kregen we heel leuk opgemaakt bord met pannenkoeken met een kaarsje.
Er is niks wat niet beviel.

Everything was amazing. The service was exceptional with all staff treating us like we were the only guests at the resort (thank you Allan, Fernanda, and all other staff).The food was delicious, well presented, and priced lower than anticipated for the quality. The grounds had a diversity of plants and many birds, frogs, iguanas, and a sloth on the property. The room and shower were top tier. Definetly a highlight of our Costa Rica trip!
The pillows were a bit too firm and large. This does not effect the 10/10 experience.

Das Hotel und die Anlage sind super gepflegt. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die Betten sind wunderbar. Die Anordnungen der Pflanzen ist fantastisch. Wir haben Kolibris direkt vor unserem Bungalow gesehen. Und auf dem Baum saß ein Faultier. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

The hotel is just incredible with everything you can imagine for a great stay but the staff just makes it an even more outstanding experience. They are always so friendly and helpful. This place really embodies “Pura Vida”.

This hotel was our 2nd stop on honeymoon in Costa Rica, and the staff showed us such genorisity and kindness!
On arrival, we were given really helpful information about La Fortuna and the activities we could do during our stay, before being shown to our room.
All the bungalows were well spread out, off beautiful wide pathways paved with amazing flowers and plants. When we got to our room, we were greeted with a honeymoon card, baloons, flower petals and a bottle of bubbles which we enjoyed on our terrace watching hummingbirds!
The bed was comfy, the bathroom spacious. The pool and dining area was also nice, and we enjoyed using the hot tub and playing snooker on the raised deck.
Special shout out to Frederico and Fernando, who both made us feel so welcome throughout our stay and were so helpful - organising rapelling tours on our behalf, helping us secure a last minute booking at the beautiful Tabacon Hot Springs, and helping us spot wildlife in the grounds of the hotel during the day and night - our favourite being the sleeping toucans!
As we departed, Frederico gave us a final gift - a photo of us in the hotel forest as a fridge magnet. Really thoughtful!

One recommendation we would make is to have bedside tables in the room, but otherwise our stay was perfect ☺️.

Photos do not do this hotel justice. The design is beautiful and the shared spaces were lovely to unwind in.

The bungalows are tucked away private so you feel as if you are completely alone, until you go to the restaurant for meals. Shout out to Juan Carlo for the amazing dinner service each evening at the Acacia restaurant! Not only did he remember our names but he had memorized our allergies, our food preferences and our drink preferences from day one! Eat at the restaurant, it’s the same price as in town but the quality is far far superior!
The jacuzzi on the patios looking into the forests watching for sloths (yes there are sloths!!! Ekkk!) was pretty incredible!
Overall it’s an amazing property and they do everything possible to ensure you are having a five star rainforest experience! You will not regret staying here.

Extraordinary place with spacious private Houses in the Forest. We loved everything to the bottom of our heart - the place, the friendly staff, the amazing breakfast, the pool&garden. You could even observe some sloths in the trees above, the staff helped every day with a monocular to spot them.
The beds sagged a bit and the fridge was loud - but those are small details.

hotel was in a great location, very close to La Fortuna city center but in a more quiet area. The hotel grounds are stunning. We stayed in a deluxe bungalow with spa bath and were so happy we paid extra for the spa bath. It was nice to hop in and cool off after a day of hikes. There are so many birds and animals just on the property. We spotted several sloths, including a 7-month old baby sloth very up close. The staff at the hotel was amazing! shoutout to Marvin (groundskeeper/handyman) who pointed out all the sloths to us. The restaurant crew was amazing as well. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and always very fresh. We did the free nightwalk at the sister hotel and I can highly recommend this. Unbelievable it is for free and you get to see so many nocturnal animals. One of my fave tours. We spent 4 nights at Noah’s and could have easily stayed 4 more nights. Of the 5 hotels we stayed at in CR - Noah’s had the best service!
Nothing really, although I wish they had a water kettle in the room. Ticos love their coffee and are not big on tea. They offer tea, coffee, water and cookies in the lobby. But it would have been nice to not have to walk all the way from the lobby to our bungalow with hot tea, which reception

I loved how each villas were separated and small/intimate like setting. Front desk were WONDERFUL. They really do work hard to make you feel comfortable.
I've booked tour with the hotel but they didn't have any information about it. I've purchase one tour from their website but was told non of the tours I've booked were paid so I ended up paying everything there. After checking my cc statement after I go back, I did get charged for sloth and coffee tour. I have emailed the front desk and waiting for refund.

I'm hesitant to gush too much about this hidden gem because then everyone will want to stay here and I might have trouble getting the next reservation. Each room seems so private, you forget you're at the edge of town.
Leaving. Too bad I can't have the wonderful tropical fruit for breakfast here at home, or the personal hot tub, or the double headed rain shower.
