It was clean and the room was big, but we already hired the biggest room. Jacuzzi was really good and clean.
They gave us water for the first night. This was really good.
You cannot access the staff members whenever you want. They’re opening the location at 12. I want to give the room before because I have flight but I couldn’t so my friends that if I hadn’t have any friends, I couldn’t get the room key so that is a problem because in the room there is mini bar they didn’t even check the room. It’s OK but they need to check the mini bar so I thought I need to wait but when I contact with them, they said I can leave the keys in the room. I didn’t know that, but I lost time because of that.

Excellent location for our visit and spatious rooms! Somewhat ok value for money.
1. Unwelcoming reception where there is a shisha bar with loads of smoke when you enter
2. One of the 2 rooms we booked could not be locked - we asked for it to be locked while we were away - it was unlocked all day long with our things inside - not cool.
3. A faulty radiator that was leaking into a glass on the floor and could not be turned off. We had to run the AC, even if it was not hot outside.
4. Smelly carpets and overall beat up. In need of a renovation.
5. Noisy refrigerators in both rooms - had to be turned off at night.
6. Noisy traffic early in the morning.
7. Huge room with only 1 free power outlet by the table far from the bed.
