The appartement is nice spacious and cosy for a very nice price on perhaps the most beautiful spot in medieval Dinan.
The bar next to the appartement has a night license . If you are in to a bit of nightlife and noise this is the place to be. To us, bit older people it was a nuisance. All the screaming and shouting untill 2.30. So consider it depending on your expectations.

Alles war sehr bequem.

Had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, good space. Easy to go for a walk around Dinan. Easy access to nearby places eg St Malo, Cancale, Dinard. With the change to the parking, could park nearby (half an hour free) to unload and load the car. Parked at Jean Monnet free underground parking, 20 mins walk away.
Push the key in hard on both doors to get it to work.
The noise of the renovations in front of the cathedral and restaurants could be noisy at night.
