We liked the location. It’s few steps away from Calle Crisologo. The hotel has a Hispanic era vibe which we liked very much. Check in/out was seamless even though we checked in late in the night, their staff were there waiting to assist with our suitcases, etc. Staff were polite and accommodating; breakfast menus were great. We enjoyed our stay very much. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay that feels like home in Vigan.

Staf are nice, & helpful.
At the buffet breakfast, staff serving customers with small portion of food as possible. Let just customers do it themselves. Why place staff there in the first place? Just ensure the queue is moving smoothly.
