Before checking in ask for actual virw you will get.

Friendly staff

Advertised as good views, our 1st room overlooked a roof,no water available on taps, had to ask for taps water and a bottle of water for the dispenser. On complaining, they put us on the 2nd floor a little betters but only a glimpse of a view mainly roof tops.

Very good

Comfortable bed, large family villa with enough space for all guests. Location is in a subdivision so the area is green, expansive and quiet. On the downside, you really need a car to access the place.

It is sometimes noisy if there are wedding events in the central area.

We had very good breakfast at Cafe Sophia which was included with our package. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean, quiet & safe neighborhood. Staff are very accommodating and helpful with our needs. Maisonette unit was spacious & comfortable with kettle, refrigerator, tv, microwave, water heaters, plates, glasses and utensils.

Room is good but bad service

No water supply since we check in at 3pm till night time around 10pm. Circuit.break down around 12am and no water supply again

the garden is pleasing.

the pictures was different from the actual. i got the villa, the construction of the villa is good however there are a lot of missing things. it’s too plain for me. no plates or glasses, just cups for coffee… no flower vases.. they say it’s upon request, i even requested for water since there is none inside. it was a bit dull. and the windows, there was only shears, no curtains.. the main door don’t have curtains too.. the doors in villa has glass rectangular details which means they can see you inside from the corridor staircase and you can see the insides of the next room.. for me it’s not so pleasing since privacy is important.

Accommodated the 11 people in our family but the stay was not good!

Just the fact that the room sleeps 11 people.

Stayed for 5 days -I mentioned we have PWD that is on a wheelchair and gave us a room on a second floor so we needed to carry him every time. -the drain keeps plugging up -hot water in the sink but room temperature water in shower -they told me that housekeeping every single day, i asked for a room service got back to the room it was still dirty -they never replenish toilet paper/ toiletries -you have to ask for new fresh towels -no smoke alarm for safety -bed sheets were not changed -additional payment if you want microwave -no stove (they said for safety reasons) -squeaky bed very noisy -could hear dogs barking and roosters -the water system outisde disturbs your sleep in the middle of the night -door in the balcony won't lock, it was broken -some light were burnt

everything is great, the only thing was for 299/head for buffet breakfast I expect a bit more choices of food.

please put a bigger sign a bit of challenge to find the exact location an extra toilet tissue so no need to bother reception staff specially late at night

Very pleased with our stay in the hotel. The staff are friendly, kind and accommodating! very helpful too!

Cozy Place in Baguio

I like the location, which has a lot of pine trees and makes you feel like you're in another country. Staff was extremely helpful and made every effort to accommodate my request as I was accompanying my elderly parents😊

short and bitterly sweet.

it’s still new, coffee and hot chocolate was really good.

they lack some facilities mentioned in booking.com like electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and the outdoor furniture. ai had to pull a heavy chair from the wooden sofa set so I can sit outside to enjoy the morning sun with my coffee.

Not bad for a few days of stay.

We like the quietness of the location and the ambience. Also the price was okay.

One of the bathroom water was leaking so each time one take a shower, water spread on the floor next to the toilet bowl. Also other bathroom doesn't have hot water. The bed sheets I'm not sure if it was newly changed but i was itching after lying on it. For my other family members, there was no complain. Maybe i have sensitive skin. Haha
