I like the house we we're staying, the room is spacious and dor me it's comfortable and homie. The price is affordable 🙂 so, expect it's Good for its price.
i like that it's quiet and has free wifi. when we arrived there was a storm and made the place more interesting since it usedd to be an Academy for korean students.
the place reminds me of korean movies in the 90's. And, the staff and caretakers are friendly.
the small towels, so being your own.
I didn't mind when there was no electricity bec, of the storm. but it cane back after 1 day and a half.
i guess, it just needs a little cleaning with their restrooms and kitchen.
however, all in all. i like my experience there. and i would like to come back soon.

We loved our stay, very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of Baguio mountains and sunset. Free shuttle service. Convenient. Comfortable bed, well maintained property. Thank you to Sir Kim and his wife for inviting us for coffee and breakfast. We will come back!

I love the property and the staff. However, the location was the most challenging part of my stay. Since there were no taxis or cabs readily available, I had to walk quite a distance to find transportation. Improving access to transportation or providing a shuttle service would greatly enhance the guest experience.
