Great stay for a family with 2 or 3 kids. Enough space!!
Not cleaning properly. We had to request housekeeping for a deeper clean.

The food was absolutely fantastic — breakfast, lunch and dinner were all superb. Every mealtime was something to look forward to and truly felt like a treat.
The property is beautifully maintained and constantly kept clean, giving the entire lodge a real luxury feel. We also loved the structure of the day: an early morning game drive, breakfast, some downtime, lunch, an afternoon game drive and then dinner. It created the perfect balance between activities and relaxation.
The majority of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made a big difference, especially travelling with a young baby. A special mention to Lucky, Idah, Grace, Emma, Kealeboga and our ranger, Vincent, who all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
It was my wife’s birthday and they sang to her before the morning game drive and arranged a cake at dinner which was really special and nice!
Overall, a fantastic experience with great food, beautiful surroundings, excellent game drives and wonderful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!
There were a few small areas that could be improved.
We requested a cot to be set up well in advance and confirmed this again on arrival, so we were a little disappointed to find that it hadn’t been prepared, especially when baby needed a nap and we had to put him down in the bed and the cot wasn’t ready.
The reception managers, particularly the ladies in the grey suits, were fantastic and very helpful.
However, some (not all) of the staff behind the reception desk could be a little friendlier, or at least acknowledge guests with a greeting when walking past. It certainly didn’t impact our overall stay, but it was noticeable when compared to the warm service we experienced at Shepherds Tree earlier this year.
Overall, these are relatively minor points, and didn’t detract from the stay at all, but addressing them would make an already great experience even better.

Amazing room. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they made us a fantastic surprise. Food was very nice. And last but not least the amazing staff ( Thato was extremely sweet)
After 6 game drives , as the park is relatively small, we found it to be repetitive. Guides were not really engaging and it seemed they were not interested. the only thing they cared about was the coffee stop , which at the end reduces the safari time from 3 hours to 2. The park is really busy and frequently we were stuck in traffic
