I have had the pleasure of staying at this establishment on several occasions, and I am consistently impressed by its continuous improvements. The self-service bar offers a remarkable selection, and the provided meals are consistently excellent, with the thoughtful inclusion of allergen cards being a particularly commendable detail. Furthermore, they thoughtfully provide allergen-free options, such as gluten-free choices. It is noteworthy that this is one of the rare hotels with a hot spring that welcomes guests with tattoos, allowing them to fully experience this aspect of Japanese culture without the need for cover-ups. Its prime location, in close proximity to areas like Nichome and Shinjuku Station, makes it an ideal choice for both solo travelers and groups.
A number of the security cables were either absent or damaged, and the available space for luggage was rather restricted. It would be greatly appreciated if more storage options could be provided on the floors as well. I understand that it is currently warm outside due to the summer season, but it would have been quite pleasant if the hot springs had been warmer. I eagerly anticipate visiting them after my flight. The outdoor weather might have also contributed to the perception that the springs were cooler than their actual temperature.

Great location near lots of nightlife and sights. The onsen was chill and the best part of the place. Capsule seemed almost soundproof — heard nothing all night and only when I got up did I realize that I was surrounded by snorers.
The common area felt like the departure gate of a regional airport - listless, dull. Air everywhere felt stuffy and dank; woke up with a weird taste in my mouth. The mattress was like sleeping on thick carpet. Vibe was severely non-social, which, as an extrovert, was a struggle. This place seems like an asset for students or commuters who need a spot to crash but as a traveler I found it unpleasant and awkward, even as someone who’s up for a spartan environment and wanted to go outside my comfort zone.
