Super location, perfect for exploring Rome without using public transport. Had both washing machine and dishwasher so very convenient even for a longer stay. Lovely restaurant literally outside the door and plenty of others within easy reach. If you are only using two rooms, the third can serve as a small living space as it has a sofa; otherwise it's just the kitchen.
There is only one air conditioner in the second bedroom - this does an ok job of cooling the whole flat if you can leave doors open, but once you go to bed and close doors the main bedroom gets hot in the summer. The main room facing onto the street is also quite noisy in the evenings - this didn't bother us as night owls but might others. It might be worth swapping the rooms over! Kitchen is only very lightly equipped.

We asked to depart a day earlier and coordinate with the owner, but between booking and the owner they did not give us the day back and charged us for it.
