The location was central to the sites we wanted to see.
And we appreciated the refrigerator.
There is a big step down when getting out of the shower which was a bit tricky.

Fabrizio was the perfect host. Answering any questions we had and ensuring we had a great stay. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance from the main train station and walking distance to the main attractions. Fabulous cafe next door for coffee and breakfast too. The rooms are spacious and clean. Perfect for our three day stay.

The property was clean.
The decorating on the entrance door was badly done. The metal panel in the bathroom was untidy.
The steps into apartment are steep and you need to stepped carefully.
The location was disappointing because of the litter & graffiti around.
However, it is close to the Colloseum ( 15- 20 minutes walking) & close to cafe bars that were great for breakfast & lunch.
