Bel hôtel bien situé

Très bel hôtel avec une superbe piscine et bien situé. Personne agréable et belle chambre

Manque des prises dans la chambre Invasion de moustiques le soir, peut-être faudrait-il mettre des lampes pour être tranquille. Il était impossible de manger

Für 2-3 Tage okay. Zum Strand und den Geschäften ca. 15-20 min zu laufen.

Ein schöner Pool, gute Klimaanlage im Zimmer.

Die 2-3 Fitnessgeräte fast nicht nutzbar, ebenso wie der Billardtisch. Möglichkeit etwas zu essen/trinken nur bis ca. 19:00 Uhr.

Empfehlenswert!

Sehr gut ausgestattet! Küchenzeile, große Terrasse, toller Pool, großes, sauberes Bad. ( in den Comfort Zimmern) Die Nähe zum SMART Supermarkt , Restaurants und Streetfood fussläufig. Am Pool Möglichkeiten zum Billard spielen. Bücher zum Lesen vorhanden. Insgesamt sehr saubere, gepflegte Anlage.

Kein kostenloser Shuttlebus ( 200 Baht) - kommt Leute, die Insel ist nicht groß, das würde euch NOCH besser zu Gesicht stehen….! Weiterhin hat mich geärgert, dass ich zum Frühstück eine halbe Tasse ( wirklich) Kaffee bekomme . Beim Nachordern waren 50 Baht fällig. Das hatte für mich etwas Geschmäckle…, und ich komme nicht aus Stuttgart;-)

Brilliant hotel with excellent facilities. Friendly reception team.

Property is lovely. It is kept clean and tidy. Room was big and cleaned regularly. Excellent shower and good breakfast. It is close to the town but far enough away to be away from all the hustle and bustle.

It was up a quite long hill. We knew this but the hill does get tedious. Worth it to be away from the town though.

Great stay in Koh Tao.

The breakfast is served until 12:00 😀, with not so many options, but the portions are just enough. Great swimming pool. The staff is friendly, communicating with them is very handy with google translate. The location is 10 min walking distance from restaurants, shops, and beach.

It's advisable to book transport from pier to the hotel. Walking is not really an option (40 min walking vs 10 min by car).

wish we had stayed longer

A very modern and well looked after hotel. fantastic location for bars, restaurant and beaches. the cafe in the hotel is great for breakfast and snacks throughout the day (the lady serving at the cafe is so friendly). you can hire mopeds from the hotel which is ideal. we will definitely be back!

Lovely hotel good location and nice pool

The property was lovely, we liked the room and the pool, there was a restaurant too that looked nice but we didn’t try it. we rented a scooter for only 150 baht a day which was good. We didn’t find the walk down to sairee beach too bad it only took about 10 minutes so I think the location is good

It was ok. but nothing that will make me wanna come again.

Clean place. The pool is nice. There is room service and it was really nice to receive food to the room.

If you wanna feel an island atmoshpere, so it is probably not the place for you. I felt like we are isolated from everything and the vibes of the hotel just didn't match the island. Rooms are poorly decorated, which also reduce the atmoshpere. Balcony was exposed to sun, so was not possible to sit there most of the day. The value for money was not good in my opinion. Staff is ok, didn't do much wrong, but I felt all the time that we are not really welcoming there. Breakfast starts at 08:30 - with children it sometimes a problem. Gym opens at 08:00 - it was also a problem for me, as I like to do sport earlier.

had a small gym (very basic), pool was clean as was the whole of the hotel. staff were friendly. breakfast selection was good. very close to sairee beach (roughly 13 min walk down hill) but was very quiet. location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of the action but away from any noise.

Did the job!

Good location - quick scooter ride to Sairee beach and the main town but to be honest it’s easily walkable too albeit a little uphill coming home! Staff were very friendly. The room was nice and spacious and we had a cute little balcony too!

The bed was super hard. Soundproofing is not great, we were woken by loud staff early in the mornings. The shower took a long time to heat up and sometimes didn’t heat up at all so was very cold!

Super lovely hotel and pool!

This is a lovely hotel a bit away from the town so it’s less noisy. Our room had a lovely balcony and was very nice! it’s a bit pricier than other hotels but as it was Christmas we were willing to pay (and it’s definitely worth it!). The staff were very helpful too!

it is a 10 minute walk to the town and beach which was a little bit uncomfortable late at night.

Good place to stay if you are looking for a quiet beautiful stay.

Really lovely stuff, easy and cheap rental scooters, beautiful pool. Very good food and breakfast.

Location is not the best, so it's better to rent one of the scooters. But of course because it's not in the middle of the busy restaurant streets, it's beautiful quit there. The beds are too hard for my taste.

The pool was nice. The room was clean and well equipped. The staff was helpful. The location is quiet, but it is in a walking distance to the Sree village and a lot of bars and restaurants.

The pool opened only until 9:00 PM, opened as of 9:00 AM. Breakfast as of 8:30 AM. So if you want to enjoy your day from early hours, you cannot. You need to wait until everything is opened. A lot of restrictions and fines if you do not follow the pool rules and other rules. Some of them ridiculous - "do not hold your breath, you could die",, "no bombing" (???), "No swimming alone", etc. Breakfast options are quite poor. The portion is small and you get just one kind of meal and need to choose one drink. (If you get the coffee, you don't get the juice, etc.)

Superb

Value for money was exceptional (paid less than 1000 Baht per night per room). Hotel seemed like new. Design was nice. Pool was nice and very clean. Whole location was clean and welcoming. Scooter price was fair. Bar prices are fair. Mattress was hard but that's what we like it to be. For this price we would go here anyway again. It was such a good stay.

Details could be cleaner. We are a bit afraid the rooms will look less nice in a couple of years. It was hard to get things dry again. Location is really a bit far to walk all the time. But that's subjective. Roomservice is sometimes great, but sometimes missing spots. Mattress is hard (good to know if you don't like that) Our overall rating is 9, so please see these negative points the way they are: they don't make the stay bad at all. It's just room for improvement.

Nice room and facilities, very modern and clean. Cheap pier transfer.

Staff were good but could’ve been a little more pleasant. I’m not sure if it was a language difficulty issue as I have experienced better service elsewhere but we got everything we asked for. just service with a smile would’ve been nice!

Exceptional

Best hotel I've stayed in so far in Thailand. Everything was super clean the staff was nice and the pictures don't lie. Location is OK & they offer a pickup from everywhere on the island and they have a scooter rental.

No trash bins in the room but the rest makes definetly up for that

Nice mid range option better than options on Sairee Beach which you’re just paying for the location

Loved this hotel!

- the pool was really nice - hygiëne was good. Room and bed was very clean. - liked that you can rent a motorbike from the hotel itself - the fact that you can get pool/beachtowels - breakfast was always nice, enough choices to pick from - staff was very nice and hardworking

I can not say anothing bad about this hotel. Location is not on the main street but we had a motorbike so it was no problem for us. With a motorbike it takes you 2 minutes to go to sairee beach.

lovely stay beautiful pool area

lovely aesthetic beautiful pool area hotel is family run which is always nice. is located out of the way of the bars but not to far that it’s not Accessible only a 10 min walk. they provide scooter bikes for only 150baht a day. rooms come with mini kitchen and fridge which is just what you need. the reception closes quite early but nether the less we had a flying beetle and they came and removed it late at night as we were freaking out.

the bed was just way to hard for me but that’s just personal prefrence.

the place is nice and centrally located..nice pool room through booking was ok the one I was given at reception when extended my stay was cheaper and much nicer

Beautiful hotel with some nice restaurants down the road. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and a nice pool area to relax. The hotel can also arrange the scooter for you, which I highly recommended to get around the island.
