Great location easy to get around the island.
Breakfast could be more variety. Reception staff are nice and friendly other staff not so much.

The location, the staff and the facilities. Perfect hotel for our young family

Location right on the beach
Breakfast coffee is awful. Please invest in providing a machine to give a better experience- it spoils breakfast as that is the only thing that lets it down. Thanks!

The location is great, right in the middle of sairee with private beach access and an amazing pool to enjoy. It's a bit loud but truly don't need to move much to enjoy everything koh tao has to offer. The included breakfast was nice and a good option if not a bit simple, still recommended
We took the grand superior room, we paid extra for what we thought would be a bigger more luxurious room in a better location. The room was small, cramped and not very good, it just looked good in the photos. There wasn't hot water all the time in the shower, it wasn't very consistent, the staff are nice enough but not very happy or particularly helpful. My expectations were much higher for sairee hut resort from the photos and the price we paid for the grand superior room and I was generally disappointed by the experience. The standard room or triple room which are half the price offer a better and more spacious room.
