Very poor Wifi signal. We got put in room number 1, I'm not sure if it is older than the rest but it is outdated, needs maintenance, no cupboard space.
Only a few lounges at the pool area, so never available.

Beautiful resort located right on Sairee beach. Pool was brilliant and never too busy. Breakfast at the property was brilliant with a great choice of Thai and western food options. Staff very helpful, especially Sam who helped us with a room change.
Sometimes people were reserving sunbeds with towels even though staff told them not to.

Beachfront property with a mix of room types. We had a twin and a suite with pool/jacuzzi.( 2xadults, 2xteens) Couldn’t fault either room. Aircon was effective and not too loud, definitely required. Great to sit outside on the beach to have breakfast….the only way to start your day. Breakfast is adequate not a huge selection but enough for most people. Re
Not the property fault but in our room some animals took up residence beside us and started up a racket every night.

The location is great, right in the middle of sairee with private beach access and an amazing pool to enjoy. It's a bit loud but truly don't need to move much to enjoy everything koh tao has to offer. The included breakfast was nice and a good option if not a bit simple, still recommended
We took the grand superior room, we paid extra for what we thought would be a bigger more luxurious room in a better location. The room was small, cramped and not very good, it just looked good in the photos. There wasn't hot water all the time in the shower, it wasn't very consistent, the staff are nice enough but not very happy or particularly helpful. My expectations were much higher for sairee hut resort from the photos and the price we paid for the grand superior room and I was generally disappointed by the experience. The standard room or triple room which are half the price offer a better and more spacious room.
