Location was good with 24 hour cafe in the lobby
I booked an ocean view room, but unfortunately, I only got partial ocean view due to a wall blocking 70% of the view. Most of my view was the unkept Reef hotel.
Furthermore, the electronic blinds malfunctioned, requiring me to call the technician for assistance. He successfully reconfigured the motor, but the remote control had its own problems. The case appeared bulging, necessitating a squeeze to activate the buttons.
Additionally, the bidet was broken. It was on, but none of the buttons functioned.
The room needs to thoroughly inspected before guests arrive.
