Very family friendly even as a local it was a great get away just to spend quality time with y kids . Great atmosphere, breakfast was awesome and staff were very friendly and professional.
First off the staff was very polite and accommodating. I ask for connecting room and they were able to make that happen . Unfortunately the rooms were 427-428 wich was quite low from being at 1107 and moving down . But that was what was available and I appreciate the staff making me see the rooms before I agreed . The only real issue I had was the ac in 427 it wasn’t cold as 428 or 1107 . But nothing I would complain about they did mention that these rooms were not renovated like the top floors so I understand these things will end up getting fixed and replace soon . Otherwise all good no major issues

Size of room, deslgn and pool beach area.
My room was not available till after 4.30pm. On my floor there were bags of laundry in the hall way and uncollected room service dirty dishes till after 8.30pm. The room was not so clean.
