The location was brilliant. A few steps to the beach with beautiful scenery, restuarant was good, massages were amazing.
Air con didn’t work night 1, reported this and they moved us room for the second night which was fine. No problem. However, for the money you pay, a resolution wasn’t offered to compensate for no sleep in the heat on the first night and then requested payment for a slice of cheese during breakfast! This was very frustrating, I explained it’s not a problem asking for payment for a slice of cheese but when I paid good money for the room and didn’t get the service, I do expect something back in return. They resolved it and refunded half of the first night costs.

The beach which was a 1 min walk from my room was beautiful, the rooms were decent- I was happy the tv had Netflix. The food from the hotel cafe/restaurant was decent. The staff were really friendly.
The location especially on the first day was a headache- the boat wouldn’t take us all the way to our beach so we had to walk through a bit of the jungle with our suitcase which doesn’t sound terrible but after a day of travelling it was really tiring. The rooms, especially the bathrooms could do with a bit of a refresh.

The best part of the beach was at paradise. The area was constantly cleaned.
They actually grow there own mosquito's by having open containers of water next to each room to wash feet. Standing water everywhere soooo many mosquitos. Gardens are a bit neglected. Breakfast was poor. Reccomend paradise pearl or phi phi beach resort much more. Both restaurants are better too.
