view point was out of the world, free shuttle to the centre and private beach, water park for kids were the highlight of the property, helpful staff, spotless clean

The rooms were lovley and big with a decent view. The shuttle drivers would drop us directly to our room, which was a bonus given how steep some of the hills are.
The pools were dangerous! Shows a water park that was not even in use, told it was available at request but would have taken days to fill it with water and we were only there 3 nights, so we had dissapointed kids. No sunbeds around and one pool was around 20ft deep and not filled. No railings to stop people walking into it!! The shuttle service was useless as they were available every hour, its far too long given how long and steep the walk is. We had two children with us so certainly wouldnt have expected them to manage the walk up! We attempted the walk down and had tears.
We had to book 2 separate rooms as a family of 4 because they had no suitable available. One of our rooms had an adjoining door with another noisy group next door. If id have known this was an option we would have requested it. I was told there was no option to move although my husbands room had no one next door so could have been possible.
There were no clean beach towels available when asked for them to be refreshed and the rooms were not cleaned properly. I would absolutely not stay here again as it was just so far from everything and we didnt have the pool as expected.
