The guesthouse has a lovely location, close to a museum, supermarket, and pharmacy. It’s also just a 5–10-minute walk from the center. The hostess is very kind and welcoming. She gave us a bigger room when she saw that we wouldn’t have been comfortable in the small room we had originally reserved. The view from the balcony was very green and soothing. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. We would definitely love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Nino Ratiani’s Guest House. The room we were given had excellent views, a balcony, and even a small couch which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was cosy with comfortable blankets, nice hot shower, and a hairdryer was available on request. Nino is incredibly welcoming and always offers tea, coffee, and cake whenever you like, which made us feel right at home. The location is also great — just a short 5-minute walk to the centre, with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend for a comfortable and homely stay!
The shower leaked slightly from underneath, which wasn’t a big issue but it did make the floor a bit wet and the bathroom have a musty smell. But no big issue, we just opened the window.

Nino was an incredibly attentive and knowledgeable host who seemed to know everyone in Mestia. She truly felt like the go-to person in town, with no problem too small for her to solve — from arranging the best-priced taxis to advising on excursions. The dinner spread was outstanding, with an impressive variety of dishes and plenty of vegetarian options. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and clearly the product of significant care and investment.
Breakfast was a little basic compared to the amazing dinner. Our only regret is not having the time to enjoy the sauna.
