This place was a home away from home! The property was in an ideal location, close to the main street but quiet with exceptional views! The balcony was beautiful, and Kate and her husband were very kind!

The place is exceptionally clean. Rooms were clean, beds tidy and comfy. Clean bathrooms with hot water. The hosts very humble. They don't speak much english but we could communicate a little bit.
The place is situated a little above the town center, so you have to drive up a narrow street and the entrance to the property is further tight. However there is a place to park the car. To walk all the way up from the town center can be good hike, I would recommend booking it if you are going by your own transport.

The house is big, spacious and comfortable to stay in. The area is calm and quiet. The rooms are clean and equipped with what is enough for a short stay. The house has a good balcony for evening gatherings — the view is amazing. The hostess is responsive and cooked us a nice nutritious breakfast for an additional fee. The kitchen is common for everyone but we were welcome to use it any time. Although there was no hair dryer in our room, the hostess kindly provided us with it.
The house is located quite high compared to the Main Street of Mestia, so it’s uncomfortable to go up with suitcases. But the location is perfect if you’re a hiker :)
The wi-fi connection was not strong enough for work, but that’s common for Mestia in general.

Comfortable room, bathroom (where hot water functions well), and common space. Very quiet location, a rather steep 350 metre walk up from the central square. The friendly and helpful hosts prepare yummy and very copious meals, for a reasonable fee, upon pre-ordering.
