Breakfast was delicious. Freshly bought croissants, cake and ham, cheese and fruit.
Reaching the property without a car was problematic with luggage. The streets in Tirano are cobbled and no good for wheely suitcases. The property itself is up a fairly steep hill, and the main entrance is up 2 precipitous slopes/steps. Once there, the owner pointed out a slightly easier exit and entrance. We took a taxi back to the station..twice the price of taxis in Milan as it appeared to be the only one.

Stunning building with amazing views. Friendly greeting and Andrea was a very informative host. The breakfast selection is fantastic all freshly made. Absolutely loved the different fruit yoghurts, fresh meat/cheese and the pastries were delicious. The location is great and is only a short 10 to 15 minute walk to the train station.
