The location was great and it had A/C. It was nice to have the mountain views. I liked the historic aspects to the building. Just a cool old building. It was also nice to have an elevator.
When we showed up we were not given the same room as we reserved. I did speak with the staff and he ended up sorting a similar room as we paid extra for the mountain view suite. While we did get a mountain view suite we did not get the queen bed we reserved but 2 small beds. We made the most of it but it was very frustrating to not get what we paid for. However, I appreciate that they tried to do their best to accommodate. Also, the next morning he said he would work with booking to update the descriptions so it won't happen to anyone else.
