Everything was excellent! The location is fantastic, within walking distance of many of Rome’s main attractions, including the Colosseum, Roman Forum, beautiful churches, restaurants, and a local market.
Massimo was an excellent host, always attentive, friendly, and available to help with anything we needed throughout our stay.
The accommodation has everything you could need. The room is modern and very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom, and all the necessary amenities. Another great feature is that the room feels separate from the rest of the building, which gives you a wonderful sense of privacy.
We had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Rome.

Large apartment. Plenty of storage. Kitchen was well equipped and maintained. There was a washing machine and great aircon, lifts. Host was very helpful, came with us to the apartment to show us around. Highly recommend.
Nothing about the property, it was great but be aware the actual stay is about 300 metres from where you pick up the key.

Great place in a fantastic location. The apartment was very quiet, clean, and well maintained, with a beautiful plant-filled courtyard. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay, and apologies for leaving the review so late after returning home!

This spacious clean apartment was just down the road from the Coliseum.
Set in the beautiful streets of Monti meant we could come back into the quieter area to wind down at the end of a day.
Everything was great.
Massimo the host was wonderful and was very quick to respond and get anything sorted if needed.
Very happy.
