The apartment was nice and very close to the Colesseum. Our host Sara was very personable and always available if needed and communicated very well. The apartment was air conditioned through out which was wonderful considering how hot it was.
The water pressure in the shower was that great but still ok to use.

The best part of the apartment was it’s location. It was so central.
The stairs. The stairs didn’t bother us much but when you come back from a long day walking, it can be daunting.

The location is extremely convenient to Colosseo metro station, the Colosseum/Forum and museums. The apartment is very nicely furnished and has excellent sound proof windows that keep out the street noise but easily open up to allow nice breezes. The terraces were fantastic and the highlight of the stay. In the afternoon you sit on the lower one in the shade and in the evening you move up to the top level and get beautiful views, breeze, and lots of talkative seagulls 😊
The washing machine and drying rack was very appreciated. Kitchen was nicely equipped though all we made in there was espresso. The apartment especially the lower level stays wonderfully cool even on hot (upper 80s) days even without any AC. But when needed, the AC worked very efficiently
As is clearly stated in the listing, there are a lot of stairs. It would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. After a long day of sightseeing it was a lot, but worth it for this place! Also there is a lot of street noise but the windows do an excellent job filtering it out. If you are a very light sleeper you may want to use a white noise app.
