Excellent location in beautiful Polače. Rooms Karla is very close to the national park office, the sea and to restaurants, yet in a very quiet area. The place is run by a very kind and helpful family.

The room I was in was newly renovated and very nice but what MAKES this property a must stay is absolutely the family that runs it. They were so kind, helpful, conversational, and upon learning I was traveling to celebrate my 50th Birthday, they made me a cake. A whole cake with flowers on it and everything. INSANE! A relative of the family owns and operates the Gundaliste Konoba across the way - again some of the NICEST people you will meet. Go there for a meal at least once. Keep in mind the property isn't really IN the town. It's about 100-150 yards out with a noteable hill at the end. Not a problem to walk but when you're hauling luggage in summer heat, it feels farther than it is! Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone! I didn't really use the communal kitchen at the end of the hall except to heat water for my tea, but it looked adequate and well stocked.

Utisak o smeštaju je bio sve bolji i bolji svakim danom tokom našeg boravka. Obišli smo celo ostrvo, to je najbolji izbor za letovanje na Mljetu. Vrlo ljubazni domaćini, imaju kvalitetan i profesionalan odnos prema svom poslu. Uvazavanje gostiju je bilo za primer. Svaka preporuka.
Nema apsolutno ništa sto nam se nije svidelo.
