10 pm curfew on noise ? not for other residents who carried on past midnight.
External noise was ok as room well sound proofed. Room very basic but ok for short stay
Reception staff excellent - restaurant staff didnt want to know, poor experience.

Location is the best, really at the very center of Utrecht were most of the pubs and restaurants are placed. Night life at the corner. Noise relatively low, although there was a sort of party until 23:00hs that made some noise, only one day.
Too many people around walking in the corridors. I guess typical and expected in these types of accommodations. Nothing too bad anyways. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. Security OK.
