Excellent view to a lake beside - from my room as well as from breakfast/dinner room.
Nice 20 minutes walk to Provincie Utrecht building - mostly through a park.
The price in Utrecht in this time and location is quite high.

The staff was excellent, and the location is also very nice
For what the hotels offers in terms of rooms and facilities, it is WAY to overpriced. i wouldn't rate this a 4 star hotel.
