Gutes Frühstück, gute Lage und Bahnanbindung direkt vor der Tür, direkt am Bootsverleih, ganz einfache (ältere aber funktionstüchtige) Fahrräder konnten vor Ort ausgeliehen werden, die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters, Wander- und Fahrradwege direkt vor der Tür,
die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft, muffelige Handtücher Fußboden und Oberflächen klebrig, 20 Euro pro Nacht extra für die durchgelegene Klappcouch,

Close to river for kayaking, swimming pool, convenient stop for tram station, 10mins, into Utrecht. Helpful friendly owner
Bit antiquated, very steep and noisy stairs to bed on first floor but sofa settee made up on ground floor, bit noisy with road and train line outside, well equipped electrical appliances, not exceptionally clean though adequate
