The perfect place for my 4 night stay in Utrecht! Communication with Mireille from the time I booked until I left was excellent. I loved my attic room with two large windows that looked out onto the trees. The room was clean and very comfortable (the bed was great) and good hot water pressure in the shower. The room is nicely decorated with lots of lovely touches - books/magazines, artwork, plants, tea & coffee making facilities, and the bottles of water, fresh fruit and traditional Dutch biscuits was a nice surprise. An easy 25 minute walk to the city centre or there are frequent local buses that take 10-15 mins, with the bus stop a few minutes walk from the house. Also walking distance to cafes, bars & restaurants and two supermarkets. If I ever return to Utrecht, I would love to stay here again.

The room is incredibly beautiful. It is very well designed and it is clear that someone has put great thought into making it feel like a professional interior designer has spent weeks creating it. The room also had everything I could ask for: a great desk to work, coffee/tea, a couch, shower, wardrobe...., it wasn't just a bed and that's it. Location is great if you are visiting for the university, which I was. But it's also ~15 minutes to city center. A bus stop with 4/5 buses is located within 5 minutes from the apartment.
I didn't like how loud rain was in the room... Room is located at a loft of a building and if it is raining hard it is very loud!They do supply ear dampening to make up for it.

Prachtige kamer in een zeer rustige (groene) buurt. De kamer was zeer proper en verzorgd. De binnenstad van Utrecht is ongeveer 20 minuutjes verwijderd van deze kamer. Onderweg ontdek je heel wat leuke restaurants en speciality coffee zaken!
Mireille is een aangename en vriendelijke host die je met een brede glimlach ontvangt!
Kortom: een grote aanrader in Utrecht!
