Lovely place! The staff I talked to were really nice and helpful. The place in itself is gorgeous. Just as in the pictures. It had everything you need for a great and relaxing stay. One added bonus was all the beach stuff we found around the place. The view is gorgeous, the apartment is right across the sea. The lock system is very secure and convenient. There are many restaurants and a couple of supermarkets near. Would love to come back again.

Fantastic view: the breakfast with the sunrise!
Great location: lots of sport activities on the beach in hand, smooth trams to the city centre with a stop literally 3mins from the apartment door, nice cafes & restaurants around and in walking distance, supermarket is not that far as well.
Host support was top-notch. Online check-in/deposit/getting into the apartment processes looked like an over-complicated quest at first, but the host was there on the line in reasonable time and made everything smooth and easy. Great communication.
Wonderful firm beds. Warm duvets.
Good development. Extra plus for yoga classes downstairs.
No serious issues with this property.
Even though the apartment is a bit tired, everything functions well, nothing falls apart. Some chips here and there are to be expected. There is some dust, but it is attributed to the beach being so close: unless you wipe it every day, it is there.
Kitchen towels would be nice to have though.

Lo mejor del apartamento es la distancia a la playa y su ubicación cerca del tram. La terraza y la casa en general esta muy bien.
Lo peor es la empresa que lleva este apartamento, desde pedir la fianza una semana antes a través de un link con una redirección de pago hasta pedir que los inquilinos laven y dejen los platos colocados, lo cual es muy poco higiénico, pues si se contrata un servicio de limpieza, que no cobran barato, lo mínimo que pido es que la cubertería y vajilla estén limpias y desinfectadas correctamente, no fiarme de que los anteriores inquilinos lo limpiaron bien.
Nada flexibles con la hora de entrada ni de salida, ni si quiera para poder dejar las maletas, ningún tipo de solución. Muchas prisa y diferentes mensajes por diferentes canales (booking, gmail y whatsapp) para que pagues tanto la fianza como el apartamento a través de un link que te mandan ellos, pero cuando llegamos allí y el portal no abría tuvimos que buscarnos la vida ya que no respondían ni a nuestros mensajes ni llamadas.
Por ultimo, la ducha no tragaba bien y se salía todo el agua ya que no tenia mampara.
No volveremos a reserva nada con esta empresa, pese a que la casa estaba muy bien en términos generales.
