Welcoming, friendly, cosy little hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Wonderful selection at breakfast. Bar and seated garden area were lovely to come back to each day. Amazing comfy bed and nice head of water for the shower. 1 minute walk to beach with a beautiful, flat 20 minute walk along the lakeside into the centre of Peschiera. Free bikes for loan. Under 5 minute walk to bus stop where several buses can take you to the centre or train station. Several nice restaurants within a few minutes walk if you don't want to walk into the centre. This is a gem of a find and I will certainly be going back.
Nothing! A little tip for the whole area would be to take swim shoes as the gravelly beaches are a bit uncomfortable when accessing and exiting the water.

Location was brilliant, good breakfast, good host
Bed - hard wooden rim around that you kept banging into
Shame no meals but plenty of places around to eat

All good. I liked the relaxed atmosphere in the hotel, they have a very nice terrace.
My room was comfortable with lake view, cozy bed , new fridge in the room .
Nothing to claim ,
I would book the hotel again .
